Apothecurry's Rassa Masala is a delightful new take on the classic Maharashtrian Rassa formula. This Masala blends the piquant flavor of the Bedgi chillies with the ‘bhuna’ blend of onions and spices. The end product is a spicy flavorful curry with a rich ‘tambda’ (earthen red) color. Though rooted in Maharashtrian culinary style it is a versatile curry paste which will find itself home in any pantry across India and beyond!
